A 50% retainer fee is required to reserve your wedding date and is payable to the Artist as a Cash, Square Cash or Credit deposit at the consultation or before the date of your wedding.


A 4 service (or $700) minimum is required to reserve your wedding date. Previews are not applicable to this service requirement, they are an additional cost. The service minimum must be on the same date as your wedding. Last minute add-ons are allowed if there is a sufficient amount of time, and only at the end of all other scheduled appointments.


A second artist or assistant is required for parties that schedule more than 5 services for their wedding date, and allow a 4 hour period for makeup and hair application. There is a $200 flat rate fee per artist/assistant.


At the event on the set date of services needed, the remaining balance of the payment is due in Cash, Square Cash or by Credit Card. Checks are no longer accepted.

The Client as stated in the agreement is the responsible party for all charges, including that of the bridal party. All payments will be charged through the Client. 


The Artist’s obligation to give services hereunder is subject to the unavailability of the Artist as a result of sickness, accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond the Artist’s control. In the event the Artist cannot fulfill the services agreed upon, the Client will receive a full refund of the retainer fee unless preview services were rendered, in which case a $250 preview fee shall be kept as payment for those services.

If the Client cancels within 30 days of the reserved date the Client omits the 50% retainer fee. 

Last minute cancellations or "no shows" will be charged the full amount of the services stated in the agreement..


The Client will be asked in the contract to release the use of professional photographs and un-professional photographs to the Artist for use on website, promotional material, and advertisements. The Client may verbally request to not use before photos in any public forum and their request will be honored. If the Client should initial the image release section in the contract, then the Client omits any legal action if their photo(s) were used publically.


The Contract and the attached rider(s), if any, set forth the entire agreement between the parties, and may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties. This Contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to the principles of conflicts of law. In any action or proceeding involving a dispute between the Client and the Artist arising out of this Contract the prevailing party will be entitled to receive from the losing party reasonable attorney’s fees.

I understand that the Artist will not be held responsible in the event of any allergic reactions and/or breakouts as a result of the services. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the Artist beforehand of any known allergies. I also understand that the Artist will make every effort to warn or advise me in the event of such known allergies, but that I am ultimately responsible for the decision to proceed with her services.

The Client understands the Artist will perform the duties of hair and makeup styling and in the event the client is not satisfied, will try to provide the client with sufficient options to achieve a successful look. In the event the client cannot be satisfied, the client understands that the Artist is no longer held accountable and is exempt from any further responsibility, (assumption of risk) and the Client waives any right to any civil action.


In the event that the Artist feels threatened, verbally assaulted, or is in any kind of physical danger or under emotional distress, the Artist reserves the right to leave without notice and without completing the services and is entitled to full payment of the agreement.

Due to the cost of equipment and product and the total value of the Artist's kit no handling, borrowing, or 'testing' of the equipment or products are permitted unless permission is given by the Artist. 

In the event that the Artist's equipment or product is damaged the Client agrees to pay reasonable fees to replace the damaged goods.


Travel rates begin from the Artist's address (Menlo Park 94025) and are charged $1.12 roundtrip. Travel expenses applies to and from event location and trial location. Preview appointments are also charged the same rate, unless noted in a particular package. Previews and consultations are only permitted during the weekday. Times are flexible. 

Early Start Time charges of $100 per hour incur for times beginning before 8 am.

Overtime charges of $100 per hour incur for times beyond the End Time agreed upon in this contract. 

Split shifts are not encouraged, however shall be permitted at $100 per hour.

Full day coverage hours begin after initial services are rendered. 

Destination weddings require an 8 week notice and 2 nights accommodation, airfare and transportation.

Lodging is required for services starting before 6:00am or for locations outside a 75 mile radius of Menlo Park.

Prices are non-negotiable.
